The Care Manager will need to know what is going on with you or your loved one. This is so we know what level of care that is required. All of our Caregivers are trained professionals with a wide range of skills. Matching the right Caregiver for your needs makes the experience extremely easy.

Cost:
- Comfort Keepers has a four hour minimum.
- Hourly rates depend on care needs. Your Care Manager will provide you with pricing once they fully understand the care level required.
- In most cases a Caregiver can start the same day as your call.
- We can provide 24 hour care service.
The In-Home Assessment
Your Care Manager will come to you to evaluate the health and safety of you or the loved one in need of care. Once the in-home review is complete your Care Manager will develop a Care Plan. This plan will be used as a road map to guide everyone involved. The goal is a better quality of life for the person receiving the care along with the entire family.
Monitoring and Management
It is the Care Managers responsibility to continue to evaluate, monitor, and review all aspects of the care to determine if any changes or adjustments need to be made. In-home care situations tend to evolve over time and require flexibility in how things are handled. Your Care Manager continues to be your resource to ensure the best outcomes.
